1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the AIT Estimated Delivery Date Shopify application (the “App”) operated by AIT Global Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not install or use the App.

2. Description of the Service

AIT Estimated Delivery Date is a Shopify application that allows merchants to display estimated delivery dates on product pages based on configurable rules, holidays, and scheduling logic.

The App provides features including:

  • Estimated delivery date calculation
  • Configurable delivery rules
  • Holiday and non-working day adjustments
  • Multiple widget styles and appearance configuration
  • Display widgets on Shopify product pages

The App may offer different feature levels depending on the subscription plan.

3. Account and Shopify Store Access

To use the App, you must have an active Shopify store and install the App through the Shopify App installation process.

By installing the App, you grant the App permission to access certain store information through Shopify APIs, including:

  • Store information
  • Product information
  • Product IDs required for widget display and delivery calculations

The App only requests permissions necessary for its functionality.

4. Subscription and Pricing

The App operates on a subscription-based model with the following plan structure:

Free Plan

  • Limited delivery rules
  • One widget design
  • Limited configuration options

Advanced Plan

  • Extended rule configuration
  • Additional settings and customization options

Premium Plan

  • Full feature access
  • Advanced configuration
  • Priority support

Subscription fees are billed through Shopify according to Shopify’s billing policies.

All payments are processed through Shopify. We do not directly process merchant payment information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App without authorization
  • Use the App in a way that violates Shopify’s terms or policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if misuse is detected.

6. Data Usage

The App may store limited data necessary to provide its services. This may include:

  • Shopify store information
  • Product identifiers
  • Configuration settings created by the merchant

We do not collect or store sensitive customer payment information.

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service; however, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

The App may occasionally undergo maintenance, updates, or improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIT Global Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the App
  • Incorrect delivery date calculations
  • Loss of business, profits, or data
  • Shopify platform changes affecting App functionality

Merchants are responsible for verifying the accuracy of delivery estimates shown to customers.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if these Terms are violated or if required for operational or legal reasons.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised date.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
